Madam Kogawa's assignment 2 bug
I popped all ballons before quests for the challange to be completed. I didn't knew there was side quest for it and now i have this quest to do to pop 5 ballons near the spires. is there anyway to complete that without starting over the entire game for it :/.

anyone have same issue or know how to complete quest if u popped all balloons to early in game

I have the same issue. I just want to know if the game is possible to complete without the spell you get

u can complete the game without the spell but the problem is that I go for achiv since i am achivement hunter so i cant complete 1 achiv that require to learn all the spells :S

Maybe introduced with the AK patch?
Prior to the patch, I had popped the balloons already but upon taking the assignment, they respawned just there and only there, though they didn't count toward the achievement the second time.

Then again, I also hadn't completed the achievement, yet. So next playthrough, I waited to complete it rather than re-pop any balloons.
