I need help with achievement

I have 139 / 140 Conjurations and I have no idea where to find the last one.
It's an exploration Conjuration.

So far I checked:
1. Double checked 1st mission with butterflies. Got the chest again but chest was empty so I guess I did it.
2. I checked all other butterfly places.
3. I checked all "Dungeons" all say all collectables have been done.
4. 100% Hogwarts collectables
5. Checked all towns, all collectable chests are done.
6. Checked all vivariums TWICE.

Am I missing something? Maybe it's something so OBVIOUS...

PLEASE HELP!

in my case, I've literally checked all the chests, the 117 on the map, the butterfly and the 12 on the nurseries, but it still says that there are 2 spell items missing, leaving it at 138/140

I was 3 missing, and turned out that I did miss them in "dungeons" the locations that You need to press F to enter.

what I checked is missing two items inside a dungeon and on a bridge in hogwarts, but I've been to those chests again and they're open, but the items count as blocked, I think it was a bug but I don't know how to solve it

That's strange, but 139/140 is annoying... 3 hours later I still didn't find it.

Check the Depulso puzzle rooms. There are 2 and the Hall of what's her name. They have conjuration chests.

my 134/140 successfully was completed after checking 15 butterfly locations (found one not collected) and checking 12 from vivariums collection chests - found last five. Still feel being lucky

I just want to say thank you for this. I have been looking for the last chest for 2 days. I didn't realize that there was a whole section that I hadn't looked at.

I opened the last butterfly chest that I needed and when I opened it received nothing, have tried reloading but it doesnt fix the issue...

same here, but in my case, it's a chest in Mine's Eye dungeon.

open the butterfly chest and it was "empty" the same problem I have 139 / 140 in the collection because of that I made a save before to see if I can find a way to make this happen.

I have a theory why this situation happen. Do you guys reach lv40 when you open the chests? If so, it might because you cannot get exp. So it shows nothing.

They are missing collections so you would expect to receive something. Exp is not important.

But from my experience if You didnt get anything from the butterfly chest (especially the one in forbidden forest) then You probably didnt have a bug, and You are missing a chest somewhere else...
