You can go to your world map, zoom all the way out, and hover your mouse over an area outside of any specific region. The text at the upper right corner should read "Astronomy tables: 14/14" if you found all tables on the world map. If your number is lower, you can hover your mouse over the different regions to see where you missed a table.
However, that only gives you information about the world map, not about Hogwarts or Hogsmeade. Hogsmeade has no astronomy tables, but Hogwarts has one. You can click through the different sections of Hogwarts and look at the text in the upper right corner to see where it is, and whether you already found it.
Maybe I missed the one in Hogwarts... This is highly probable, as I have already checked all the Highlands numbers.
Huge thanks and have a nice day!
