Merlins Trial bug: Ball fell into the ocean, ho to reset?

So, doing trials on Feldcroft Region i stumble across a merlins trial south of feldcroft. Accidently the ball that fell into the ocean, unreachable. How do i reset that?

Second bug, also doing the golf ball trial in a region i cant remember. The hole was blocked by wooden bars so i grabbed the ball hovered it high above the hole so it can smash the wooden bars blocking the hole. I dropped the ball and guess what somehow the physics went mental and the ball flew off screen no idea where it landed, spend an hour searching for it but it was gone.

I cant find the merlins trial anymore because its not marked on the map anymore, even tho i didnt finish it. How am i supposed to get the trophy now?

Weird, the ball normally should reset to its initial position.

Which once was quite annoying, as I carried it with wingardium leviosa to the hole, yet I may have tripped over some invisible border with it, as it teleported back to the beginning. :O

And if something's blocking the hole, use Confringo to unblock it.
