Hardly. House elves are related to goblins and share some features with them, and wizards have no problem working with them. The difference is that house elves are generally submissive and servile, whereas goblins tend to not swallow every crap that wizards give them. It was the wizards/witches that never accepted goblins as intelligent beings on the same level as humans, and it was the witches/wizards that forbid goblins to wield wands, even though they do have magical talents and absolutely could. It's a pretty clear case of one race suppressing the other, and limiting their access to weapons to make it harder for them to fight for their rights.
As far as I can tell, there are no female goblins in Hogwarts Legacy. Contrary to dark wizards, the voice-overs for goblins all sound distinctly male. This seems to be in line with Harry Potter canon, as there's apparently only one single female goblin character that has ever appeared in any official book or movie. I don't think there is an official explanation for that, so you're free to let your imagination run wild. ;)
Jerry Seinfeld : "Believe me, there'd be plenty of women going for the pigmen. No matter what the deformity you'll find some group of perverts attracted to it. Ooo that little tail turns me on."

Overall, goblins in the game are not exactly meant to be attractive either in physical representation or in character as a general rule. Such also mirrors how most lore/media about goblins represents them too of course.
I think its also safe to say there are females of the species as well. I dont believe they'd reproduce otherwise.
