Summoner's Court: Match 4 Bug

Anyone else has this problem or an idea how to fix this?
I started the Summoner's Court Match (4) and now I can't do anything anymore .
if I just continue playing it does not save my game and the game always just reloads/respawns my character at the entrance of the castle.
I cant fast travel because Im still in the match. And when I actually try to play the match it does'nt work.

Ok I got it fixed.
After respawning at the entrance I walked over to the field. I was able to skip from night to day. Then I walked onto the podium, selected accio and left the podium. Then I got the 'mission failed' screen.
I tried to cancel the mission and then I had a black screen. I opened the menu, closed it and was able to see my character again. Then I turned around walked onto the podium and was able to talk to Charlotte again to complete the mission.

I had similar problem with match 5 where my character also respawns at the entance as descriped.
I tried this fix and it worked like magic.

Bug is still there. The mission is locked and doesn't let you go until you do that trick to abandon it and go through the long black screen, or actually beat the challenge. The game doesn't allow to ignore it. It's an actual bug that should be fixed

Hi there,
I have a similar problem but with Match 3.
I tried to start the quest but when we span on the podium, there is not anything you can cast "accio" on. So, I can't finish the quest not start or continue any other mission.

And now even my opponent has disappeared.

I have tried to "wait" from the map, to reboot the game. So far anything has worked and I am stuck.

Please help!

Didn't this method work?

(-Go on podium
-put accio into your spells
-leave podium

mission failed screen should pop up

- cancel mission

if you then have a black screen

-open and close menu
opponent should be there again)

When I had this problem I also had no opponent standing there but after I did this it worked again. If you already tried it, what was different/ what didn't work?

Thanks for answering.

Apparently it dosn't work or I am doing somenthing wrong.

I use "wait" from the map menu to make it night time. Then I can see the "wait" option provided by the quest to make it day time again.
Then I go to the podium, though the black mark of the quest is telling me to go before the podium where nobody is waiting, and put accion into my spells. I leave the podium but nothing happens.
The game allow me to go elsewhere but I cannot initiate or continue other missions since the game thinks I'm still on the bugged quest.

Any ideas?

Bad news... Every time you complete another quest (or show up nearby), it will lock you into this quest by default, unless you actually complete it :(

Y’all are correct. There are some buggy elements to this quest. It took many tries to figure out how to abandon or proceed with this quest. I found a post elsewhere and the methods described therein worked. Basically. Go onto the summoners court platform and jump off ( even if you have already tried this). This will FAIL the quest. Then click on the option to abandon it on the failscreen. Then for the buggy element. The screen will go black. But you can press ‘M’ or whatever button to bring up your map (even though your screen is black and bugged). Fast travel to a floo flame location from your map. For example the room of requirement.Then go back to the summoners court match and defeat Charlotte Morrison ! Hope this is still working and is able to get other characters un stuck.
