eh, the Quest in itself is okay and interesting (if you are into Ghost shenanigans . But the shop itself is rather boring at the end and only allows you to sell items 10% above regular price . so the extra income is not really gamebreaking. even without the shop i had lots of money and no idea how to spent it after buying every upgrade.
potions and such? cause in base game you can only sell your armor. so being able to sell potions ingredients crafting supplies etc would make it slightly more useful cause you could get rich in more than 1 way (mass beast selling)
But not only when you sell things but it sells to NPCs thus giving you an actual income stream like a shop truly would.
The Shop is just for selling gear as well, but you get more money for it: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/300960-hogwarts-legacy/80345151
We're really not missing much. By the time I was Level 30 I already had everything I could buy, including all the broom skins and since then I'm already up to 50k galleons with nothing to spend it on but more gear I don't need (already have every possible transmog just from playing the game normally).
alas maybe someone will find a way to unlock it early on pc and if not we will have to wait a year from now. BUT that is to say if any dlc does come out for this game. if its of this quality then we are looking at some good stuff. because people have said this quest is a lot higher quality than most of the stuff in the game
