After completing the game, I've come to the conclusion that a bulk of the exploration part was either rushed or not very well thought out. So many of the treasure vaults are completely open, empty, and devoid of enemies which is very boring. The puzzles to open the caves/vaults that are locked don't pose much of a challenge and are more of an annoyance than anything. Maybe I'm expecting too much.
Don't get me wrong, I still love the game and the story was good for what it was. I'm going to take a break from it and come back later after several patches and updates smoothing things out a bit more.
