Targeting bug

I am having loads of issues with some weird targeting bug.
I'm playing on hard, never use targetlock but somehow my aim gets locked to a random target and the only way i can get out of it is by manually aiming on someone else and press fire 3-4 times.
This is kinda annoying when doing large battles cause suddenly when you are trying to evade attacks by rolling, you instead roll into the enemies and die cause the target is locked to a random enemy.

The game is also having a real hard time sticking to a target i'm aiming at. If there are multiple enemies close to each other and i'm looking at the one in the middle. Then my target (the white outline) will bounce around between all of them, even if me and the enemies are standing still.

Similar to when I've farming my beast. I can be looking at one, but a different 1 is highlighted.

I was having targeting trouble too. I fixed my issues by going into settings -> Gameplay Settings (Controller with a gear icon) -> and setting 'Camera-relative Targeting' to 'off'

It makes a hell of a difference.

I keep having this issue during a long ass fight with multiple enemies and i keep failing because of that exact same issue. seems to randomly lock to a certain enemy even though I NEVER use target lock and theres literally no way to get out of it it seems

Its highlighting targets i am looking at but my character is still facing the "locked" target and all my spells and rolls go toward that target... its game breaking

Yepp, failed a mission loads of times due to this happening..
