Constant Annoying Color and Brightness Shifting

I've seen a few posts about the color looking washed out, but I haven't seen anyone bring this up. Its most prevalent with camera cuts during conversations, but also happens in game randomly. I have no idea if this is a problem with the geforce experience filters or with the game itself.

Yeah, it's really tedious. It seems to happen more often in darker areas and it's like the colour adaptation flips out when the camera goes between someone nearer to a light source.
