You act as tho his magic is somehow limited by his disability, or that if he was a Muggle he would struggle getting around anywhere. His wand is essentially a walking stick when he needs it to be.

It tells you when you meet the character. His wand is sentient and guides him.

his wand gives him sight on where to go. the wand chooses the carrier.

he is a 5th year on his fifth year. i'm sure he'd make some progress with managing getting around efficiently enough by then.
