Models and Character's faces look melted

Does anyone know why the textures of the game are so bad? I have my settings all on high, correct resolution, and yet the textures are just terrible whenever I apply them. It is almost unplayable.

Please help with any suggestions or if you guys have experiences anything similar.

That's quite the opposite for me, I think the character models faces look amazing in game and then in cut-scenes its even better. If the graphics didn't hold up as well throughout the game and cut-scenes, I wouldn't be playing it still. Sounds like maybe the textures might not be loading all the way??? I'm on a i7-6700 with RTX 2070 Super/OC and 32GB Ram and game installed on an NVMe m.2 drive. This game to me has one of the best looking and sounding game characters Ive seen in along time.

So whats your PC Specs? Have you tried changing the Anti-Aliasing settings? It looked better on TAA high for me, clearer. But Ive been using DLSS but with upscaling off, which runs better for me mostly. Still trying to dial it in though. Also Im not even trying to run any Ray Tracing stuff.

Same, I was impressed. Even better maxed out.

The female forces seem a bit borked but there is a good Nexus mod that fixes it completely.

Character models/faces are horrendous and it seems they are bugged. There is an official bug report and WB is investigating the issue.

Ya i saw that today, especially noticed on the female faces. Mine looks fine. Must be a certain combination of changes maybe
