Where to BUY Facewear?

I had no trouble finding a commercial source in Hogsmeade for Legendary gear except he has no facewear. I've searched the web and found no source that answers my question, although many mention a buying price as well as a selling price. Do you know where I can buy Legendary facewear?

If you meant GLADRAGS, that's precisely where I found everything else I needed but NO facewear

I don't know how long you've been playing, but you literally need to buy no clothes to get legendary gear. Just keep playing and you'll be swimming in it. Yes, even face wear.

Shouldn't take you more than an hour to find 70 pieces of facial loot.

I think there's only a couple masks so it'll be rare for them to show up in the shop.
