Ahh, ok. What is your CPU, GPU, RAM amount, and what version of Windows are you running on?

ram - 40gb

There's your problem, and why its crashing at shader processing. You're running onboard graphics. You don't even have a dedicated GPU. You don't meet even the minimum requirements to run the game.
The short of it, unfortunately, the game will absolutely not run on on board graphics.
I stand corrected it IS in fact a dedicated unit, HOWEVER that card has only 4GB of DDR4 VRAM. So same result. there's only a slim chance it would even launch, and if it did, The experience is going to be awful.
