You're not in school, you're on an adventure.
Plus you have all the other student npcs, aka you're asking that non of them would literally not matter at all for existing in the school.
The point system would only be useful, if it was an mmo of sorts, with weekly, monthly resets or whatever.
*every class (you only experience these once)
*whether or not you get caught in the stealth section during one quest
*whether or not a professor sees you use a curse.
*the ending you choose (good gives points bad takes away)
