Since today Hogwarts Legacy keeps crashing within minutes
Hi there,

Just finished the game on normal w/o any weird crashes (but with the usual ray tracing issue's). Wanted to restart as a new character and go abit darker. Now all of a sudden i cant play for more then a few minutes until the game crashes. Never had any issue's before and i am wondering if anyone of you have had the same issue since today.

Running the game on the following system:
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
RTX 3060
32GB Ram

Playing on ultra except Ray Tracing wich is on High and Ray tracing shadows are off (using the optimised settings of GeForce Experience).

GeForce experience settings are not optimal for this game as it is currently, I've had to disable RTX and DLSS and disable motion blur to get decent framerates and smoother gameplay. Most other settings on Ultra, I'm using DLAA instead.

i5 10600
RTX 3070 8gb
32GB Ram
2x nvme m.2 drives (1 OS, 1 for everything else)

I had my first crash after the update recently too, it actually rebooted the whole system which scared me! I never have any crashes or bsod's etc, system is stable, hope it's not trying to kill my 3070 :lunar2020horrifiedrat:

Delete all 4 files in ProgramData, under Hogwarts Legacy folder. Delete them EVERYTIME, before you launch the game. Worked for me. But I must be frank. I did a whole mess of other stuff before, to alleviate the crashes, so that might've helped.

Same issue, started after the last update, not within minutes but around 35-45 minutes from launching the game. Never had it before the update.

So I posted just a little while ago. So I was messing with the settings. I put it in windowed mode and turned off Nvidia reflex low latency. It didn't shut down so far. I'm gonna try windowed Fullscreen and see. Had to go to work, will try and post later.

And don't listen to deleting the program data. Just try window mode and turn off that low late and see crap
