But yeah, it would be nice to have curfew and people would remind us to go to our room for the night, unless we have Astronomy classes or unless we decide to sneak out (maybe through the window).
It would be incredibly annoying if you had to stealth everytime you needed to explore or get from A to B during the night, so much so that people would just skip night mode completely thus rendering the day/night cycle wasted dev time
Not if there was a good and bad system. Getting caught could have given you negative respect points or something. You know some actual depth to the game instead of just cookie cutter puzzles over and over again. I enjoyed the game but I'm not blind to the laziness of how it was put together. There is a lot to be desired here for a modern day open world game. For example, Fable came out in 2004 and it had a good and bad choice system.

Yep. Outside of scripted quests it seems there are no rules or laws.
