Does anyone else REALLY not the like the whole "clothes are armor" thing?

My character looks freaking ridiculous, like a cross between Elton John and a homeless person! I miss my nice clean uniform, I don't want to have to wear crazy hats and glasses like a freaking nerd all the time :(

You know that you can change your appearance without actually equipping, right? Hide the hats. Change appearance for each slot to match your "uniform".

This is a complete non-issue.

haha. Just press F when your mouse cursor is hovered over the gear slot. Don't click on the gear slot to view all the gear for that slot. If you do that, you'lll have to ESC back one level.

Go to your gear, hover the cursor over the gearslot you wish to transmog and it should show you what button to use to change appearance. On keyboard that would be button F, on controller it depends on the type of controller obviously. You can then choose any appearance from any gear you collected, including gear you sold earlier.

You can wear the ugly but helpful stuff and change the appearance to whichever one you like :-) Took me a while to figure this one out too.

Also you can sale the stuff and open up the slot and still keep the look. What I do not like about this game is you have to lean how thinks work for your self except it tells you to hit the F key or this key a million times and there is know whey to turn it off.

This was also me until I started questioning what to do with the collection rewards. Was running around with those goofy aaa glasses the whole time (great for cutscenes tho ngl)
