You reseated the CPU...for...heat issues....which occurred after playing a brand new game?

You're making a lot of assumptions based on information you do not have on hand.
It's had abnormally high heats before, but that was an all time high, so it was a simple solution. Reseating a CPU isn't hard work and takes all over 15 minutes, if it saves me days of burning out the laptop and going through that wigamaroll (although I'll never let her buy a laptop again). then so be it.
