Ive barely even started and the character customization is already pissing me off. good luck getting a character that looks anything like you. also, you start on your fifth year? wtf? dont buy it. waste of my money

They're right though. Character customisation is not only very limited but if you play as a Witch the faces are actually bugged with WB being aware of the issue (the faces are stretched over a male model resulting in issues) and you point to me someone who wanted to start in the 5th year and I'll point to you a liar.

I'm not necessarily disagreeing with either of their takes. It's the "omg waste of money don't buy" that puts them firmly into the clown-candidate category for me.

Starting as a 5th year was due to the story they wanted to tell, and the darker themes that come with that, but yea ... most people would have preferred to cross that lake.

bad take, game was a joy. character customization doesnt define a games worth nor does a character creator have to have the possabilities to mimic exactly what you look like to be good.

just make a unique character. its quite easy...

That's why you need to avoid being hyped by a game and look at the available information before buying a game, and if you are still not cinvinced by a game though the information, wait for actual reviews

By using this, i rarely was disapointed by a game i bought in the last years

You can just get a refund if you're under 2 hours. A pity you're letting something so small ruin your experience, but that's your preference.
