Any modders out there I was wondering if you are able to make a mod that allows you to put your own pictures up as paintings?

yes you can do that, there are already quite a lot of animated portrait mods.

I saw those but that was not what I meant, what I meant was if they worked out a mod that allows us to put a photo we like to add to the paintings.

thats what those are. you just have to make it yourself. modding the game is easy but not easy to the point where someone can make an "insert your image here for the mod" kinda thing. you can just make the same mod they are making but with your own image.

Is there anywhere a How To on how to do this? I really would like to insert my own pictures, but I have no clue about modding.
