This. Its the location for the Haunted Hogsmeade quest. PC won't have access to it till a year from now.

Sony put a lot of money into the game for the exclusivity.

I think it's just a mistake. I k ow the game isn't fully released yet so that's why at the current time there's no plans for DLC but without DLC this makes zero sense because without DLC no one will be playing at that point. And honestly would you come back for that quest where the reward really gives you nothing tangible at this point in the game?

You can activate that quest (PS5 exclusive) manually (see reddit or something) and dont wait a year to get what you own.

They probably mean that it's not released on PS4 yet, which is still in the works for a couple of months, so no, it's not "fully released" yet. They will have to finish that first before thinking of DLC.
