Personally for me, no not worth it.
Do you feel like you will replay it? if so then you will have you your answer.
I am 26 hours in and have around 53% challenges in total completed (PS5.) I will def replay one day after I complete it, but not anytime soon.
Too much linear fluff for the first 10 hours of the game for me to say its replayable.
And your character build will mostly be the exact same.
Hell, lots of the dialog doesnt even give you a choice on how to respond. Like, i didnt want to fly the broom with that kid that got me in trouble for example.
But i was forced to. kinda lame.
The only thing that is really all that different is the loot system. I think its randomized, however nothing interesting drops until you are halfway through the game anyways.
A 1-and-done game, really.
What is your criteria?
You pose a question that even an educated professor could not answer, because he is not you and in turn the posters that part with their grand knowledge are also not you. We all look for different things in our games.
Those House-specific quests happen early enough in the game, though, that it's not a colossal undertaking.
There are some dialogues where your answers have an impact (No Spoiler)
