1. Close the game and right click on Hogwarts Legacy in your Library to open up "Properties"
2. Click on the "Local Files" tab and then click on "Verify integrity of game files..." Let it run and it'll say something like couldn't verify 3 files and proceed to redownload them. (Note: I did have to verify TWICE before it found the issue). Doesn't take too long.
3. Once the files are redownloaded you can verify again if you wish to check if the issue is fixed or just open up your game and continue with your quest, the second cutscene should appear at the end and allow you to continue. (I didn't do a third verify myself)
Note: If for some reason your last auto saves (If you were like me and didn't have a recent manual save lol) load you in a spot where it won't let you continue, just abandon the quest, complete it again and you'll be able to move on :)
Hope this helps!
Credit goes to dickens721 for the solution.
Edited for grammar/spelling errors.
Thanks to Azalearose, verifying the files once and loading a pre-fight save / restarting the mission fixed both saves for me.
