Camera drifting up

Just downloaded the latest patch and now when I am in the game the camera rotates on its own to the sky. This is happening whether I use my controller or keyboard. I have no stuck keys or joystick controls. I've restarted the computer, and gone through all the settings I can think of to try and track this issue down. Never had this issue in any game before.

As it is if I want to play the game I have to have the controller camera joystick continuously pulled back to level the camera. Any ideas on how to fix this? Anyone with similar issues?

Yes I was able to get it working by unplugging all my peripherals and restarting the computer. Seems the game was acting up after the last update and i had to pull everything out to reset it.
