Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti - Fix for No / Blurry Textures

I have a Dell XPS w/ Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti, Intel i9 and 16GB ram. When I run the benchmark, game sets everything to low and still none of the textures load. I tried all different settings / levels for the graphics themselves and nothing worked. I then tried setting NVidia DLSS to Ultra Performance (it was on Quality) and magically the textures returned. Game now looks good and runs good. Hopefully this helps someone else!
