Lip sync, out of sync

Hi just started playing the game and everything Works great. The only real problem I seem to have is that the voices and lips don't sync correctly.

Not sure how to fix this. Tried to set it to different audio modes, verified the game files, but nothing seems to work.

Anyone any suggestions?
