Sectum Sempra: lore wise, this can't happen due to the time and relevancy of how this spell came to pass
Expecto Patronum: possibly, but we'd need some kind of expansion, as there are no specific enemies needed for any of this currently, it'd just be a spell that's purely cosmetic unless they were to add more into the game
All Other Spells: same as above, need more content before any is really implemented, probably based around balance and/or puzzle mechanics depending on if any are added and what impact/use it'd have on the world
Good Luck & Have Fun
That can be argued because despite Snape said to Potter : " You dare to use my spell against me ? " , it really doesn't set-in-stone that Snape invented Sectumsempra . Snape could have learnt it from earlier ( perhaps " rare " ) sources .
Lore wise we know that he did made it. Not learnt from anywhere. He created it.
I must have miss that info from the books . Can you provide me the source ?

"Sectumsempra was a curse invented by Professor Severus Snape"
Thank You
