Edit: just for reference I'm running the game at 4k, no upscaling, with mostly everything on high. No RT, no Gsync my lows drop to like 30fps when the game is loading in textures, but majority of the time I'm pushing a solid 50+
For example on all High Settings you still may hit like 7.9GB VRAM usage which is capping out the GPU's VRAM.
This game across the board is a huge memory hog, including VRAM.
Good Example.
I have everything on High But Foliage Quality which is Medium, and Sky Quality which is Medium, as well as Population Quality which is also Medium. Everything else is high and I still use up 7.4GB of my 3070's VRAM. Of course with RT off. I'm also playing with DLSS On Quality at 2K Resolution.
Game mostly runs smooth with the 60FPS Cap turned on.
Playing at 1080p, 60FPS all settings Ultra except RT and DLSS. That is even with my monitor being 1440p and 75Hz.
Game runs perfectly fine for me. I could push it harder and higher but like your video card, mine has limits.
