Side quest bug (portrait in a pickle)

When I try to hang the portrait in the hog's or in the three broomsticks, all I get is a black cutscene. Waited for 2-3 minutes and nothing happens. Anyone experienced a similar issue?

Yes, I restarted my game, and it fixed is partially. The cutscene plays, but the quest won't finish in the quest log.

same thing happened, I restarted, I was able to watch the cutscene but the quest was still there. I restarted again, I tried to hang the portrait in the three broomsticks instead of the hogs head, and the quest ended but I still had to wait like 5-10 seconds after the cutscene. Weird but at least I got it.
