Do dialogue choices with sebastien matter? (Spoilers)

I know the choice at the end to turn him in or cover for him sort of matters insofar as it decides if you can learn any Unforgiveables you skipped along the way, but otherwise? All the choices leading up to that? Can they effect the outcome? Avoid Solomon's death? Save Anne? Etc?

Nope, the outcome is on rails, you can only influence if you want to learn Unforgivables and if you're able to learn them later on if you missed any.

only one matters is the final one which decides what to do with Sebastian, if you turn him in you wont be able to learn the curses
