Best settings 3080ti?

Seeing loads of people complaining bout frame stutters and lag in Hogsmead and towers. Was wondering if there's some optimal settings/hacks that people are using to boost their frames, as honestly, come on, with a AAA game ready PC, why does it still run like a 1890s film (12fps joke)

There's a mod on Nexus called Ascendio. I'm gonna try it out soon. Bad frame drops randomly with my 3070.

The game is still playable even with the fps drops.

I have a 3080ti and i set everything to max but with ray tracing off and i get 75-90 fps.

If you are getting 12 fps with a 3080ti, then your system is not right...

Just play on High instead of ultra. I am pretty sure most of the stutters come from Ultra texture quality.
I personally am using all high + RT on high DLSS quality

Im using a 3080ti and 9900k, i set everything to ultra, no RT and it swings from 60 to 120 depending on the place, i let my monitor and freesync deal with the swings, since they are never sub 60 it looks fine.
