Extreme Stuttering/Lags after Patch [UNPLAYEBEL]

I bought HWL and it worked perfectly fine on my GTX 1070, after the Patch it was full of Lags and Freezes.
Now i updated to a RTX 3080, but the Problem is still there. I try nearly every Fix i found on Steam, Google and Youtube. Nothing worked.
Anyone knows how to solve it?
My current Specs are:

Ryzen 5600x
RTX 3080
16 GB RAM
and the game is running on a M.2 SSD

I allowed windows to determine my pagefile.sys file size for every drive... And I guess that helped with the stuttering. Now just fps drops. Older pc than yours. 16GB RAM and RTX 2080.

i have an i9 and a 3070ti, way exceeding the games recommended specs, yet it still runs like ♥♥♥♥, im lucky if i can consistently hit over 100 frames

Dissable Fullscreen-optimisation

1 Right click or press and hold on the EXE file of the app or game, and click/tap on Properties.

2 Click/tap on the Compatibility tab.

3 Check (disable) or uncheck (enable - default) Disable fullscreen optimizations for what you want.

4 Click/tap on OK/Apply

Update your c++ redist!!!!!

when you have done THAT, only then can you look for other errors (if it still doesn't work)

Go to nvidia control panel, make sure power management is on "prefer max performance". Try that.

don't play 4k rt utra turn dlls get 32gb of ram

Try verifying game file integrity, if that doesnt work a reinstall (delete all mods/folder of the game except the saves before you install).
Reinstalling worked for me, patch reduced the fps for some weird reason.

Was thinking about re-install, but will my Save games will be gone?
I already spend 25+hours and ndont wanna lose it...

I play on Full HD no 4k and it worked with 16gb RAM before the Patch..

If you delete the whole folder thats in SteamLibrary>steamapps>common you will be fine since the saves arent located there.
