Dissable Fullscreen-optimisation
1 Right click or press and hold on the EXE file of the app or game, and click/tap on Properties.
2 Click/tap on the Compatibility tab.
3 Check (disable) or uncheck (enable - default) Disable fullscreen optimizations for what you want.
4 Click/tap on OK/Apply

when you have done THAT, only then can you look for other errors (if it still doesn't work)

Reinstalling worked for me, patch reduced the fps for some weird reason.
Was thinking about re-install, but will my Save games will be gone?
I already spend 25+hours and ndont wanna lose it...
I play on Full HD no 4k and it worked with 16gb RAM before the Patch..
