Falbarton Castle Box Gone?

So the box that you use to drag and move to the wall to help you climb up is gone. Like do these items spawn back cause ive done the wait cycle like twice and the box hasn't respawned. Anyone else had this problem?

I've had this problem too, did you figure out how to fix it??
