Except from that, I didn't found any solution. Bright point, you're far from alone to have that. (Dark point, it's not everyone, some can just update at a normal speed)

it works now, taked a few minutes but now updates at the limit disk speed, <3

Downloading, then extracting , then verifying and then installing.
350mb update took 20 minutes jesus christ.
