facial animation stops after new patch
After new patch, NPC facial animation stops completely during conversations, lips don't move AT ALL. nobody talks about this, its only me?

I'm using latin-american spanish, what should i do?
I refuse to play until it fixes, such a shame

I just re-download and re-install the game, updated windows 10, updated graphic drivers GTX 1060, and still don't work facial animations.

Someone posted a potentially solution to this: re-install windows 10.
seriously?, such a tedious process, any other solution?.

it seems only 16 people have this problem

FIXED: I had to reinstall Windows, that's it

UPDATE: Nope, after reinstall windows it worked for minutes, but once again facial animation stops

How could it be windows fault? Surely it's something with a game.

it could be something about c++, and latest windows compilation,

but still no official solution

UPDATE: fixed after this conditions:

1.- Stable Windows compilation,
2.- Disable Windows updates
3.- Disable game updates (i'm sure this problem it's gonna happen every update until official fix)
4.- No Mods (basically this issue occurs when game code changes)

I can finally continue the story

Sounds to me like your pc has serious issues..

yeah, old GTX1060 PC, but this issue occurs even on RTX3080

seems to be Windows problem
