Bug: in the shadow of the study

After talking to ominus and entering the first room with the note, I am asked to find a way to proceed and am hinted that I should use revelio on a pile of rubble to turn it into a door. But I already see a door and theres no pile of rubble. Revelio doesn't reveal anything, I believe its bugged. Since the quest locks you in and theres no way to exit the mission or dungeon, I almost got stuck in a bugged room. Luckily I had some previous save files to return to.

I can confirm I ran into this same problem as well there's some rubble that's visible with revelio behind the wall that for whatever reason I was able to repair. By the time I got to the quest it says to use reparo it's already fixed and I'm locked in without any way to leave or proceed with the quest.

You can re-break the plaque on the wall if you target it at the right angle and then repair it to progress.

It doesn't work very well... Purmt yourself in the oposit wall and poibt the wand to de brokeb pieces in the wall until reparo works. I think the cursor changes.
