Transformation spell not working on chess puzzle

Did anyone know how to fix it?

Are you zapping the right puzzle piece. There is either a chair or vase that you need to zap with the conjuration spell, if you zap anything else they turn into a chick or rabbit etc.

i already used right click to zoom at the chair/vase already.
Still cannot cast the spell

Hmm have you tried restarting the game. I mean close the game out and restart it. Not sure since I can't see it. I used a controller and it worked for me.
