I know right ? Like why would they ignore Diagon Alley they already had so much references from both movies and books. It really is also first impression of many people which i believe is sad like me to not to see Diagon Alley in the game...
That actually pissed me off alot more Olivanders being in Hogsmeade instead of Diagon Alley. They are rich family of wand making why would Ollivander bother even with Hogsmeade when they could choose Diagon Alley like his family did...
?
But to the topic of Diagon Alley, was there ever any official explanation for its absence? Is it maybe because of the Universal Studios theme park? Licensing deals have gotten pretty bizarre lately...
Films part explained. This is the trolls nowadays damn they got lame instead of funny. Dobby part wouldve carried you.
That is also my guess that its because of Universal Studio's deal. I really cant get why they would not implement Diagon Alley otherwise.
I'm not done with the game yet, but while they explain that you are allowed to enter hogwarts as a teenager because you are the choosen one they don't explain why you weren't allowed to enter it on time.
Like you are not only the chossen one, you are also a normal magican.
There is no intro for the magic world at all, and the Diagon Alley is part of this intro, like the train station too.
It makes sense for the gameplay but still.
Now you make more sense. Yeah starting Hogwarts as 5th year is not exactly explained but somehow our character was trained on some basic magic... At what time or what point we dont know or like we have a wand but we need a real one replaced in Hogsmeade instead of Diagon Alley ? Like why ?
That definitely does not give the same feeling nor does it show it.
