Cutscene audio really loud

Whenever a cutscene happens with Parsival (Not further into the game if there are other ones) the audio goes much louder like its on 100% and I have to take off my headphones because it is way too loud. I can hear it perfectly without them on.

I have been having the same issue as well, its like there needs to be a seperate cinematic volume slider. Not to mention that I have all the sliders already turned down to 2. The normal game sound still continues to overpower discord calls and other apps. Just seems poorly optimized so far.
