I guess i'd have to be using a cursed wand...
Oh yeah I forgot about that, wands in this universe are almost sentient to the extent that they understand the wielder's intentions hmmm can't be nonsense because it must be magic.
Don't even get me started on accio.
Absolutely DO NOT get started on Accio because if you cast Accio on yourself you create a black hole.
Well I mean some spells don't work on living targets at all but for instance the slug spell, Ron successfully casts it, but his broken wand doesn't direct it at the other guy, instead he casts it on himself, Lockhart does the same with obliviate. We're told that people hurt themselves with spells quite a few times and that people set themselves on fire with spells like incendio. So we know you can definitely cast a spell on yourself. There's actually a whole department in the ministry for reversing spells when people have magical accidents and mess themselves/others up.
But again, for avada to work on yourself it's likely you couldn't be depressed and sad with the world, you'd have to hate yourself and want to murder yourself.
I would say yes but if not you can always cast Imperius and then have them do it to you instead... right? or is it just movelement imperius controls, not voice?
Why would that matter? You point your wand the wrong way or your wand is in a condition that the way becomes you and cast a spell it still hurts you so why wouldn't it if you were pointing it the right way and the right way just happened to be "at yourself"?
You cast a spell that you didn't know would hurt yourself and get hurt, so why would that change if you knew it'd hurt yourself? and so on.
