Would you mind telling us what's your PSU model and wattage?

Sure you're not overheating the CPU? Before I had a proper CPU cooler, I'd get that on Rainbow Six Siege.

Your pc shutting down is usually never a software issue that isnt related to the OS or BIOS, so, it could be a ram issue or something. How many sticks of ram do you have? A bad stick of ram can cause your pc to just kill itself it that section gets used.
It's either a hardware or driver issue. The shutdown can not be caused by software/games running on the user level.
Most likely it's a hidden bluescreen, look into your windows event viewer for more details.
Common causes are failing cpu/gpu/ram, temperature problems, over/underclocking, faulty psu etc, but pretty much every hardware/driver could be the cause. Without further diagnosis we'd just be guessing.

Cyberpunk recommended is 12 gigs of ram, Hogwarts Minimum 16 gigs, you might be slipping into your other stick now

It might be only 1 section of the ram too, but that would make the whole stick faulty.

Without diagnosis and knowing what's actually happening that's pretty much impossible to know...
ie other games might not have used enough ram to encounter the faulty section...if it's GPU related it might be other games not calling the specific functions that cause the crash etc...
It also might be the hardware only very recently started failing, so this game simply was the first one to encounter it....but all those are just guesses.
Either provide data that makes diagnosis possible or ask a local professional to help you diagnose your system.

Sounds like your CPU overheated.

Error 41 category 63 is rather difficult, but it can indicate a failing PSU according to Microsoft. I would investigate in that direction first. It might be that your GPU draws to much power when under high usage. Other games might still work, or lowering the details might make it work, however if the PSU is indeed failing, sooner or later it fail more and more. In extreme cases a failing PSU might even damage other components. So it's always worth to make sure it is indeed healthy.
Sorry, if I can't give you a more certain answer, but these things aren't always that clear, especially without access to your computer.

I suggest taking a can of compressed air and after powering down your PC blow out the heat sinks and fans including on your graphics card and PSU.

Possibly overheating?
