What I did was did 3 separate speed runs. All you have to do is skip cutscenes and dialog and only do the main missions. Two of the main mission require you to do class assignments to unlock a new spell for the mission.
Just make it the Jackdaw mission and enter the map room and you get the achievement. Exit to main menu and start a new character and pick a new house and do the same thing.
The only difference is the mission leading to Jackdaw is different.
Replaying those first 5 hours or so with only marginal difference with every house is pretty tedious nonsense.
Maybe in another playthrough sometime in the future when DLC drops or whatever. Not feeling like replaying all the way to the map chamber for 3 achievements.
This is how I felt but I did it anyhow. I just pretty much ran or use the fast travel options. I ignored all the side stuff. I made a thread about it because I thought is a time waster. I mean at least they didn't expect me to play through the whole game 4 times.
It is rarely short to get to the map. By my last house, I had it done in about 2 hours or so.
Anyway, I'm still on my first playthrough, trying to 100% and taking my sweet time with it. Those achievements won't run away. I will defninitely play through this game in the future again at some point. Especially when there's a ton of mods mixing things up.
