Nora Treadwell

I tried the main quest for "Merlins Trials" at Nora Treadwell. After i killed the two black mages no other enemy spawned. I tried it three times and reinstalled game too. But nothing solved that problem. Is there any solution for this problem ? I am actually not able to continue the game. Thanks for help

Load an oldest quick save/auto-save before you fight the mages.

Shot in the dark but try going to the location of the quest, then fast travel to the nearest floo point then come back again. Maybe try after it gets bugged as wel.

Not sure if it will be any help in your case but it has fixed some issues for me like magic cube stuck in terrain and preventing me from opening treasure vault or treasure chest in treasure vault not spawning after I solve the puzzle.

Funny I had no problems with this the other night on my second or third character.

I gave up the quest and the quest was restarted. Then the bug has been resolved.

A little late to the party, but abandoning the quest after being too far away from Nora and then restarting the quest fixed the issue.
