Problem with a Butterfly pic in Slytherin Floor

hi i have a Butterfly Pic in the Slytherin Floor and i dont find the Butterfly for the Pic. any know about the Pic. The Pic is on the Right floor if you stay by the slytherin Enter..

but there is now Butterfly.. whats wrong... is it a bug and how i can fix it that the butterfly is there

Yer I did that quick puzzle last night . All i did was cast Lumos and walk through the Slytherin area i was somewhere near the ish to the cooking area .
Its down a corridor casting Revelio in each corridor and looking around should highlight it then lead it back to the picture . Some of the pictures are a bit of a walk but not to far .
If you google you can find all answers but i wouldn t it will ruin the game .

that cant be the butterfly because the way is to far. I was in the Kitchen and there is no butterfly and the pic location say its in the slytherin dungeons but there is no butterfly from the butterfly pic location

have the same problem, but when load VERY old save- butterfly on its place. does anyone know how to fix it?

have the same problem with this photo, after going to the indicated place the butterfly is not there, there was a butterfly on another save and I managed to do it, but on my main save the butterfly is not there. restarting the game didn't help

If you don't mind, could you share your bugged save file? I've been looking for one to test an unofficial fix.

same. can't get it to spawn. I might have dragged it away at some point but actually I don't think I ever saw it. the WB bug site has a lot of the same issues, some people kept reloading a save but I got nothing.

Hello I got the same problem here for a long time now.
Today I searched on the internet and I finished here.
Than I try something:
When I was in front of the butterfly location (with nothing appearing) I saved the game and loaded that savegame immediately after.
And the butterfly was there this time. I could lead him to his painting. :)

You don't actually need any of the butterfly or flying pages to get the achievements. You only need the ones that show up in your journal which are only the ones that pop up with the text when you pick them up and I think all of them are static.
