Why didnt sirona use spells to change her appearance?

Isnt the goal of a trans male to female person to look like a girl? Why didnt they make the obvious choice to just make the character a woman that reveals to you through dialogue that they were originally a man that used a spell to become a woman because they were uncomfortable about how they looked? that would be better than what is clearly a self insert character meant to please the woke crowd. Im not against trans people in any way, but cmon theres better ways to do this. They missed a golden opportunity to use spells as a way of representing gender and they failed.

Personally I just passed off her voice as a polyjuice accident. Like she didnt mix up a polyjuice potion properly and it left her permanently in a ladies body with a dudes voice. At least thats my own hand wave lore way to see her as any other NPC, do her quests and move on. I mean really, we are talking about maybe 5 total minutes of interacting with this NPC AND, for all we know, its only her voice thats odd, she might have been a woman all along and said polyjuice potion merely permanently changed her voice.

I always thought trans people would dream of if there would be a possiblity to make them completly similar to born women/men. But somehow I get slowly also the impression that trans people do not want to be normal women/men, but be a special group of trans.

But again impression and examples, there might be people who really wish they would be completely the natural other sex and people who want be special third gender.

However I think if there would ONLY be trans people who want to be exactly the other sex, we just would need female and male in games, so I am confused.

I'm sure people calling them trans had nothing to do with the character in the game straight up telling you that they are trans.

From what I've been able to gather, there's a subset of trans people who have decided to just cope with the fact that they can't perfectly transition. Rather than accept that life isn't fair and they'll never be perfect, they've decided to try and convince the rest of the world that this really is the way they want to look.

It doesn't actually make sense, and trans people generally do want their sex to actually match their gender. That's sort of the entire reason they transition, take hormones, get surgery, etc. I would imagine if you offered them a magical potion to completely change their bodies, the vast majority would take it in an instant.

You can always talk to few and see where they stand on this instead of making conjunctions in your head, as if you've had some sort of epiphany and come across some hidden truth.

Not even this is entirely true. Some might find it offensive, if I ask a trans, if the male/female aim is true or the third gender.
