Are you the over-saturated stockimage generation?
Since I'm apparently blind, I missed the HDR configuration in the settings. IT allows you to get what you aim for with a few tweaks. I used something like black point to 0, white point to around a 1000 and brightness to around 10. I can't remember the exact values.

Default value is 0.5 and smaller values makes game more darker.
