Frozen in game

I was on my way out through a cave, and it lagged and now its frozen in game, i cant open map, settings, nothing works, how do i fix this? all updates are up to date. im half way through, i do not want to restart!!!

I'm frozen too in a cave, can't go back to previous save. I tried closing and reopening the game and I load at the same spot, frozen again.

Daum in the same outcome to got caught in the dam same Web".! eh no Pun intended". ^^ but stuck in the spider cave frozen can hear everything but my power sets arent showing nor working' . its like auto save took over as soon as that happen i crashed and been stuck on the same loop". there must be a way to get into local files delete last saved . i'm assuming'.

Im also stuck at the reload before the acromantula in the spider cave on the house elf quest on ps5. Reloading doesn’t work. I didn’t have time to see if I could revert to a previous save.

Working a lot, so haven’t had a chance to see - but I reinstalled it. I was having issues trying to revert to a previous save. Thinking it will do the trick.

I was also bugged in the spider cave on the house elf quest. This fix worked!!! Thank you so much!

ok but what if i forgot to save going in? i dont have a previous save, i saved my game before fighting the acromantula and now its frozen no matter what i do

the game auto saves so there should definitely be safe close to the fight

My game bugged out at the Acromantula stage of the Plight of the House Elf quest. Tried to uninstall/reinstall and it didn't work. But this tip did! Pull your last manual or autosave and save yourself the time of redownloading the game!
