About the four Common Rooms and some missing? details

I started my first game as a Ravenclaw. I was astounded by the common room, not only because of the beautiful Gothic architecture, but because of the level of detail. Every year has its room, and there are rooms for girls and boys. There is also a communal bathroom for each.
It felt like a place I could actually live in, even if going up all those stairs to end up going down stairs again is not the most convenient design. Still, everything made sense, from an architectural point of view.

In my second playthrough I chose Slytherin. The room was way nicer than expected, based on what was saw in the movies. But I realised there is no bathroom, or maybe I just missed it. Still, every year has its room and it's nice to see the little 5 beside your door. Also helps to find your way back to your room, should you ever want to.

I have a third character ready for a later playthrough in Hufflepuff. The room was beautiful and the one that made me feel most at home, with all the plants and animals around. Just like Slytherin's, I could not find the bathrooms. Did I miss them or they are just not there?

Finally, I loaded a save with this last character just to join and explore Gryffindor and I noticed something while exploring. There only seems to be a room for year 5. There are other dorms but they are not tagged. And there are not enough for 7 years. Did I miss something exploring these rooms? Maybe beginning with Ravenclaw, the least confusing, made me miss details on the others. Any input i this?

Aren't there bathrooms outside the Slitherin entrance?

Slytherin has bathrooms. And they are beautifully close to the ballroom full of ghosts.

Yeah Slytherin has a bathroom :) don’t feel bad for not seeing it though.. even 65 hours in the game and I’m *still* coming across rooms in the castle I haven’t seen before

Im almost certain when you walk out of the slytherin common room you turn left, you go down that hallway and the girls/boys toilets are just there (:

Oh I found those. That means they are not in the common room itself...
I loved the ghost party room. And I loved being able to explore the kitchen. Lots of places have been fully rendered for us to explore.

Ohhhh in the common room itself… in that case no there isn’t. And I get your POV it is weird and I don’t think it makes sense for them to walk out of their secret door just to use the loo.. but yeah 🙈

Did you know if you attack the underwater window in Slytherin common room, the squid sometimes attacks?
