Game settings not saving?

I don't know if this is a recurring problem but after the patch everytime I open the game the settings are always set all to medium and to invidia dlss balanced.
It's not a gamebreaking problem but it's just annoying having to change all the settings over again everytime I open the game.
Any help and tip would be appreciated <3
